Trinity is seeking talented Summer Senior Consultant Interns to join our team. This role is in support of providing a variety of analytical services for designing and implementing strategies to help our clients maintain strong growth. With exposure to a wide variety of strategic business issues within the life sciences industry, this position offers qualified candidates with an opportunity to work on client projects that are of high-visibility and essential value-add to Trinity’s efforts.
The client engagement work, generally focused in one or more areas of Trinity’s specialized expertise, will involve working as a member of project teams, interacting closely with consultants at different levels, and making an impactful contribution. Summer Senior Consultant Interns are also provided the opportunity to present products of their work to management teams during and at the end of their assignments. This is a 9-week, in-person Summer internship and the program will run from mid-June 2025 to mid-August 2025.

Position Requirements
Education + Work Experience: Successful completion of undergraduate studies, plus either of the following:
- Successful completion of one year of a full-time MBA program plus 3+ years of life sciences and/or consulting experience OR
- Pursuing a PhD/PharmD/related Advanced degree with a projected completion date in 2026
Other Skills:
- Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively across teams
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrated interest in developing quantitative and analytical skills
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
