The Data Analyst will report to the Manager of Customer Success who oversees the customer life cycle from contract award and onboarding to data-driven service recommendations informing customer marketing and communications support. Customer Success is a cross-functional team by nature so this role can expect to regularly interact with Sales, Operations, Fleet, IT and Marketing on creating and improving the client experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead data analytics vision for both partner and internal needs.
Optimize and standardize all reporting through automation.
Collect and analyze client route, stop, utilization, and schedule information to propose service efficiencies.
Monitors and develops client Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and provides recommendations for improvements?based on data analysis.
Manage the customer and operations dashboard roadmap.
Work cross functionally across the organization.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS degree in accounting a strong plus) or higher education.
Proficient in MS Office products with strong knowledge of Excel required (i.e., pivot tables, v-lookups, etc.).
Background in data visualization (Tableau or similar). Experience summarizing large datasets visually.
Proficienc y with SQL and /or Amazon Web Services
Proficient with ArcGIS (or similar Mapping software)
