WFF Seeking a Full-Time Postgraduate Associate for 2021-2022
The Gender Equity and Policy Postgraduate Associate will be involved with all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Yale Women Faculty Forum. This will include support of the organization’s goals to advance gender equity through scholarship, community building, and advocacy, which may include data collection, limited analyses, report writing, and facilitating collaboration with other campus organizations. The applicant will receive mentoring and direction in all aspects of this work by the current and incoming WFF Chair along with occasional advice and support from past Chairs and faculty liaisons.
Qualified applicants will be recent bachelors or masters degree graduates from Yale with demonstrated academic excellence, a background in thinking about the role gender plays in social structures, qualitative and organizational skills, and experience working with diverse groups of people. The position is available beginning in May 2021, with a flexible start date.
