Jia Chen earned her Ph.D. in Physics from Yale University in 2000. She is a global product leader at Medidata AI (Dassault Systèmes), working at the intersection of tech, data, and health. Previously at IBM, she led product launches reaching millions and held leadership roles in AI, partnerships, and industry solutions across global markets.
As an engaged Yale alumna, Jia served as Chair for Yale’s Graduate School Alumni Association and serves on the YAA Board of Governors. She actively supports graduate students through mentorship, admissions outreach, and career programming.
