Shuangshuang grew up in Xinyang, China. She earned her B.S. in Biological Science from Nanjing University and Ph.D. in stem cell biology from Valentina Greco’s lab at Yale University, Genetics. She now works as a Scientific Programs Manager at the International Society for Stem Cell Research (ISSCR), where she curates scientific agendas and executes scientific programs for international meetings, and convenes stakeholders in stem cell research and its translation. She is passionate about advocating for diversity and inclusion in science. In her spare time, she enjoys meditation and photography.
