Post a Job/Internship

The Office of Career Strategy (OCS) is pleased to provide Yale Career Link (YCL), our job and internship database visible to students and recent alumni from Yale College, the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences, as well as postdoctoral associates and scholars.

YCL is your gateway to accessing top-notch talent at Yale University. YCL, powered by Symplicity, allows you to easily post job and internship opportunities and manage the entire application process.

Post a Short-Term Project or Micro Internship

Micro-internships provide organizations with a competitive advantage when recruiting Yale students. By offering short-term assignments, you gain early access to high-potential students, support your diversity and inclusion efforts, and enhance your brand on campus. Micro-internships can be created on demand, and there are no long term commitments or administrative burdens. Common examples include content creation, industry research, data cleansing, and social media support. Typical projects require 5-40 total hours, are due within a few days or weeks, and can be completed remotely. Companies select their candidate and set the payment, usually $150 – $600 depending on scope. Learn more at Parker Dewey’s Yale landing page.

Yale Alums and Preferred Yale Partners

Are you a Yale alum, parent, faculty, fellow, or other Yale affiliate? If so, we invite you to post a professional opportunity for Yale students and alums as a Preferred Yale Partner. The Preferred Yale Partners model allows alums and other Yale affiliates to work closely with a Yale team member to post their position and advertise it broadly to students. For more information about this program, contact us by email.
