Online Career Resources

You are here

There are many online resources that Yale students and graduates can use in their job searches. This searchable database includes resources that OCS staff, Yale students, and Yale alums have found particularly useful. Individual employer sites are not included, rather this database includes sites with job listings, employer directories, career advice, and links to other useful resources.

Please note that these external sites are neither created nor maintained by Yale’s Office of Career Strategy; therefore, Yale is not responsible for the content presented therein. Sites are reviewed on an annual basis for relevancy, ease of use, and utility for Yale students and graduates. If you have any comments about the sites, or would like to recommend a new site to include, please contact us.

Tip: Search Tips

  • Control/Command + Click to select or deselect multiple options
  • This is an "and" search, meaning that the more filters selected and keywords entered, the less results will be returned (e.g. a search for "Type: Networking" and "Industry: Engineering" will return only results tagged with both)
  • Try the Advanced Search to expose more career industries and search parameters

Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals - FAQ

As the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) continues to focus its enforcement resources on the removal of individuals who pose a danger to national security or a risk to public safety, including individuals convicted of crimes with particular emphasis on violent criminals, felons, and repeat offenders, DHS will exercise prosecutorial discretion as appropriate to ensure that enforcement resources are not expended on low priority cases, such as individuals who came to the United States as children and meet other key guidelines.

Democrats for Education Reform

Democrats for Education Reform aims to return the Democratic Party to its rightful place as a champion of children, first and foremost, in America’s public education systems. We support leaders in our party who have the courage to challenge a failing status quo and who believe that the severity of our nation’s educational crisis demands that we tackle this problem using every possible tool at our disposal. We believe that reforming broken public school systems cannot be accomplished by tinkering at the margins, but rather through bold and revolutionary leadership. This requires opening up the traditional top-down monopoly of most school systems and empowering all parents to access great schools for their children.

In March 2007, the President's Commission on Care for Returning Wounded Warriors (Dole/Shalala) was established by Executive Order 13426. The National Resource Directory (NRD) became part of eBenefits in 2014. The NRD is a partnership among DoD, VA, and the Department of Labor.
