Sarwar Hussain earned his PhD in Chemical Engineering from Yale in 2022, where he studied crystallization through molecular dynamics simulations. His research sparked a strong interest in programming, which he further developed through graduate computer science coursework. After graduating, he joined Bloomberg in July 2022 as a software engineer, where he develops core fixed-income analytics systems. He now serves as a team leader for a group of engineers.
