Throughout the year, OCS works with employers to host industry networking events and individual information sessions where students meet employer representatives and learn about their organizations. Dress Attire for Employer Events: Business casual dress is appropriate for Yale career fairs, networking events, employer information sessions, and other on-campus employer events. Business casual attire includes pants, shirts, skirts, and dresses that, while not formal, are appropriate for a professional environment. Clothing should be pressed and should be neither too loose nor too tight. Examples of acceptable business casual attire include a sweater or blouse with khaki pants or a skirt. This does not apply to interviews or Consortium events unless indicated by the employer; please review Interview Attire for more information.

Consulting Networking Event: This high-impact in-person networking event is a great way for Yale talent to engage with representatives from leading organizations.
Location: Old Refectory at Yale Divinity School
Date/Time: September 5, 2025, 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
Eligible Students: Yale College and Yale Graduate School of Arts and Sciences

Finance & Quant Trading Networking Event: This high-impact in-person networking event is a great way for Yale talent to engage with representatives from leading organizations.
Location: The Omni Hotel at Yale

Common Good & Creative Careers Peer to Peer Networking Event: Yale students share about their past summer internship experiences in areas like arts, education, government, nonprofit work, giving participants an inside scoop on potential paths for in common good and creative careers.
Location: Dwight Hall

STEM Peer to Peer Networking Event: Yale College students share insights from their summer internships across various STEM fields offering participants an inside look at potential career paths in STEM.

Common Good & Creative Careers Networking Event:

Yale Computer Science Career Fair: Explore career options and make meaningful connections with professionals. Registration is open to all students who are seeking and exploring positions in various computer science related sectors (SWE, Security, Tech).

Engineering Career Fair Collaborative:

  • Connect with representatives from engineering firms recruiting for full-time and internship opportunities in robotics, energy, medical devices, environmental services, transportation, and design. Students from Yale, Harvard, Boston University, Olin College, Tufts, and MIT are invited to attend.
  • Date: Friday, November 14, 2025, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Eligible Students: This event is open to Yale College and GSAS students.
  • Location: The David Rubenstein Treehouse, 20 Western Avenue, Boston, MA. OCS and SEAS will provide a bus to the event.  See details in Yale Career Link/Events.  Capacity is limited.

LAUNCH  

  • Offers seniors from Yale, Brown, Connecticut College, Cornell, Swarthmore, Union and William & Mary an opportunity to be selected for virtual interviews with employers seeking talent for roles in business, education, law, and research.

  • Eligible Students: This event is open to Yale College seniors.

Government, Education Nonprofit virtual Career FairFebruary 6, 2026

  • The annual Government and Nonprofit Career EXPO brings top employers to recruit for internships and full-time jobs across the government, education and nonprofit sectors.

Ph.D. & Master Virtual Career Expo – March 2026
