Career Fairs & Networking Events for Students

Career fairs and networking events connect Yale students and scholars with employers across industries who are eager to share career paths, answer questions, and discuss opportunities.

These events are open to Yale College undergraduates, master’s students, PhD students, and postdoctoral scholars, depending on the event. Whether you are actively recruiting or still exploring options, attending a networking event is a low‑pressure way to learn more about organizations and build professional connections.

You can view and register for upcoming events in Yale Career Link under the Events tab.

What to Expect at Career Fairs & Networking Events

At most events, students move between employer tables or virtual sessions to:

  • Learn about organizations and career paths
  • Ask questions about internships, fellowships, and full‑time roles
  • Build relationships with employer representatives

Business casual attire is generally appropriate unless otherwise noted by the employer or event.
