· show a commitment to the issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion
· be comfortable with appropriate technology in the classroom
· work collaboratively with other faculty members
· commit to their own professional growth and reflection
Lauralton Hall expects all faculty to be fully engaged in the life and Mission of the school. We seek teachers who have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; although, a master’s degree is preferred.
