Architectural DesignerBuild Your Career on Projects That Actually Get Built

Looking to take the next step in your architecture career? Join a team where your work goes beyond drawings-you’ll help deliver real spaces people use every day.

We’re seeking an Architectural Designer who thrives in the technical side of design and wants to play a key role in bringing corporate interiors and automotive dealership projects to life nationwide. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work closely with experienced architects and project managers while sharpening your skills in construction documentation and construction administration.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the design and delivery of corporate interiors projects, including office buildouts, renovations, and tenant improvements
  • Contribute to nationwide automotive dealership projects, gaining valuable, diverse project experience
  • Produce detailed, accurate construction documents (demolition plans, floor plans, elevations, and details)
  • Develop and maintain drawing sets using AutoCAD, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables
  • Assist during construction administration, helping ensure designs are executed correctly in the field
  • Review and process submittals and RFIs, working with project teams to keep projects on track
  • Incorporate revisions, redlines, and field updates into plans with precision
  • Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation that meets firm standards

What You Bring

  • Experience supporting projects through construction documents and/or construction administration phases
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Solid understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and architectural standards
  • Experience reviewing submittals and RFIs
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with strong communication skills

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 3+ years of experience producing working drawings (portfolio/work samples encouraged)
  • Familiarity with Revit or other design tools
  • A desire to keep learning, growing, and taking on more responsibility

Why You’ll Love It Here

  • See your impact – Work on projects that move from concept to construction
  • Grow your skillset fast – Gain hands-on experience in both documentation and field coordination
  • Variety of work – Corporate interiors + national automotive projects
  • Supportive team environment – Your work is valued, and your growth is a priority
  • Great location + perks – Uptown Charlotte area with free parking
  • Fun, relaxed culture – Enjoy a team-oriented office with extras like arcade games and even an in-office beer tap

Where You’ll Work

You’ll join a 30-person architecture and interiors firm near Uptown Charlotte, working onsite in a collaborative studio environment. It’s fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding-perfect for someone who wants to take ownership, develop quickly, and be part of a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.
