FTC summer student trainees assist FTC economists in making independent policy recommendations to the Commission based on theoretical and empirical analysis of relevant issues. Student trainees also may aid in other economic work that supports the agency’s mission. Economists in all fields of applied microeconomics and econometrics are encouraged to apply.
