R.A.D. Sports is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team.

R.A.D. Sports is an award-winning General Contractor specializing in the construction of athletic and recreational facilities. Since 1994, we have built thousands of synthetic turf fields, natural turf fields, tracks, tennis courts and public parks.
About the Role:
Great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their construction, project management and estimating skills with the potential to advance from Assistant Project Manager to Project Manager or Estimator. You’ll receive training under multiple project managers with vast combined experience. If you are an ambitious, determined person who cares about a job well done we want to hear from you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Assist the Estimating Department with bids in a deadline driven environment
- Review and analyze bid forms, specifications and plans
- Perform quantity takeoffs for current and potential projects
- Manage the RFQ process
- Assist the Project Management team with various tasks including but not limited to: permits, submittals, buyout, closeout, contract administration, invoice management, cost estimating, budgeting and scheduling
- Execute consistent document control practices
- Communicate effectively while completing tasks
- Travel to job sites and attend bid calendar events as needed
Software:
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
- Knowledge of Blue Beam is a plus
- Knowledge of Sage 100 Contractor is a plus
- Knowledge of Bid2Win is a plus
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related).
- Experience in the construction industry required.
- Ideal candidate will be resilient, ambitious, highly organized and have strong communication skills.
