Latino Verde – Latino Verde was born with the aim of correcting this distorted vision. We want to show, through their stories, how Latino leaders and organisations are actively working to overcome environmental challenges. We want to make their lives and projects visible in order to demonstrate that we are a community capable of connecting and protecting nature. A community that leads change.
Latinx in Sustainability – LiS is determined to address and reduce the barriers that have led the STEM fields, and specifically the environmental and climate fields, to be among the least ethnically and racially diverse across all disciplines. Our goal is to establish and facilitate pathways for underrepresented and under-resourced Latinx communities in an effort to diversify the sustainability workforce.
